Average shipping time is 10-15 business days for US orders. It can take up to 20 business days in rare occasions.
Average shipping time for international orders is 15-20 business days, but it can take up to 30 business days in rare occasions.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of date of delivery if the item received is damaged or defective. If the item purchased is not as described or defective, we will send another unit or refund the customer. Please contact us with photos and details of the product and the defect. The customer is responsible for the shipping on returned goods.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

Your order can be altered at any time prior to the shipment. Once the order is shipped it is out of our control. If it is before shipment please email us at email@example.com with your order # or if you would like to add something to the order you will have to place a new order.
